No Refund Policy

Effective Date: Upon Ticket Purchase

We are excited to welcome you to the Castle Hill Bridgertonesque Ball and other inspired events. Please review the following No Refund Policy before purchasing your tickets.

Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased for any event, including the Castle Hill Bridgertonesque Ball, there will be no refunds issued for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

Change of personal plans or schedule conflicts
Illness or medical issues
Weather conditions
Acts of God or force majeure events

In the case of an event cancellation or postponement by the organizers, a credit or rescheduling option may be offered at the discretion of the event management team. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

Attendance and Photo Release Policy

Effective Date: Upon Ticket Purchase

By attending the Castle Hill Bridgertonesque Ball or any other event, you grant First Class Connection and Neighborhood Commerce Institute permission to use photographs, video recordings, or other media captured at the event in which you may appear for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

Social media posts
Website content
Event advertisements
Print or digital promotional materials

You acknowledge that First Class Connection and Neighborhood Commerce Institute may use these images and media without providing compensation or further notice, and that you waive any rights to inspect or approve the media used.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to inform the event staff upon arrival. However, we cannot guarantee exclusion from all media capture as the event is held in a public setting.

By attending the event, you agree to these terms.
